Our Stallions

A small and recent addition to the Kinsky stud is the Kinsky Falabella and Kinsky miniature horses.

  Limelight's Point Break ~ 31" appaloosa

This breath-taking pure Falabella stallion was leased from the Equleus Falabella Stud. He is owned by Annika Ostberg in Sweden. Point Break is on of the best Falabella stallions in the UK, he combines famous bloodlines and carries a lot of  "Falabella Menelek*" in his pedigree. Point Break is a 31" appaloosa with perfect conformation, he produces very refined foals often loudly marked and although not "homozygous appaloosa"** tested he has produced 100% appaloosa progeny to date.

Stud Fee: £500

* Falabella Menelek imported to the UK by Lord and Lady Fisher, was one of the first Falabellas in the country. He was a horse with perfect conformation and tremendous quality used for many years as a foundation sire in Argentina. In the words of Senor Julio Caesar Falabella he was the best stallion at the Falabella ranch in his time; his blood is valued greatly by breeders worldwide today. Menelek was used by the Kilverstone Zoo Stud and produced many foals, most famous being the Pegasus of Kilverstone (later sold to Holland) who only ever produced few pure foals himself; Point Break being one of them.

* * "Homozygous appaloosa ~ horse possessing two dominant appaloosa genes, hence only being able to produce appaloosa progeny.
